About Belly's Bake Shop

 

Belly's Bake Shop has been in the works for almost 10 years, but it wasnt until late 2008 that I decided to make it officially unofficial!

 

Hi there, I'm Courtney Armstrong, but feel free to call me Belly! Since I was a child, I knew I was destined to make people happy! Over the years, I have found several ways of doing so; stand up comedy, dramatic parodies, or singing so out of key you'd think you were watching American Idol outakes; but nothing seems to trump the smile on someone's face when they take a bite of my rich red velvet cupcakes with dreamy cream cheese frosting or devour a luscious piece of lemon cheesecake!

 

While attending culinary school, I realized that I'd rather create a collasal cake than cook a boring bolognese sauce! So, it was then that I decided to pursue my all but forgotten dream of baking for the greater good and happy mouths! Belly's Bake Shop was born! Whether you fancy a one of a kind kitschy cake or cupcakes that will leave your taste buds begging for more; Belly's can accomodate! No need to thank me now, it's not polite to talk with your mouth full!
